Every birchivy piece is made to order and finished by hand, then sent to you fully insured. Here’s exactly what to expect.
Production & dispatch
Because each piece is printed (or hand-finished) and framed to order, please allow 3–5 working days in the studio before your order ships. For framed orders we’ll email you a photograph of your finished piece for approval before it leaves us — so there are no surprises.
Delivery
Shipping is free and fully insured, worldwide, via tracked express courier. Typical transit times once dispatched:
- United States & Canada — 2–5 working days
- United Kingdom & Europe — 2–6 working days
- Australia, New Zealand & rest of world — 4–9 working days
You’ll receive tracking the moment your piece is on its way. Any import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
Your piece travels in rigid, corner-protected, plastic-free packaging designed to arrive flawless. Framed works ship with the glazing protected; unframed prints ship rolled in an archival tube.
Our 90-day promise
Live with your piece for a full 90 days. If it isn’t right for your wall, contact us for a complete refund — we’ll arrange collection and cover the return shipping and insurance. No restocking fees, no fuss.
To start a return, simply message the studio with your order number and we’ll take care of the rest.
Damaged or lost in transit
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event your piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll remake and reship it at no cost to you.
