Are these original artworks or prints?
Both. Our collection includes museum-quality archival giclée prints of work by independent artists, as well as hand-finished and hand-painted originals. Each product page tells you exactly what that piece is, and every order arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity.
How long until my piece arrives?
Each piece is made to order, so allow 3–5 working days in the studio plus delivery time (typically 2–9 days depending on your location). You’ll get a photo of framed pieces for approval before they ship, and tracking once they’re on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship free, fully insured, worldwide via tracked express courier.
What if it doesn’t suit my space?
You have a full 90 days. If it isn’t right, we’ll arrange collection and give you a complete refund — we cover the return shipping and insurance. Buying art should feel exciting, never risky.
Does it arrive ready to hang?
Framed pieces arrive ready to hang, with wall hardware and a level-friendly hanging kit included. Unframed prints ship rolled in an archival tube, ready for your own framer.
Can I order a custom size or commission a piece?
Often, yes. Tell us about your wall and what you have in mind via our contact page and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
How do I care for my piece?
Hang out of direct sunlight and away from damp, and dust the glazing with a dry microfibre cloth — never spray cleaner directly onto the surface. Treated kindly, your piece will hold its colour for a lifetime.
Is checkout secure?
Completely. Payments are encrypted and processed through a PCI-compliant gateway — we never see or store your card details. All major cards and express wallets are accepted.
