Orders & pricing
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
Made-to-order items
Because each piece is produced to order, production begins shortly after purchase. Our 90-day return guarantee (see Shipping & Returns) gives you ample time to decide once your piece arrives.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images and content on this site are the property of birchivy or the artists we represent, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Purchase of a piece grants you ownership of that physical work, not its copyright.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
